South Korea's Yonhap news agency has reported that the United States will send a bomber over the Korean Peninsula. It comes following the fifth nuclear test in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.

Yonhap cited an unidentified US Forces source in Korea as saying the US will dispatch a "B-one-B" bomber from its Guam base on Tuesday. Yonhap initially reported the flight was delayed because of bad weather conditions.

The US army and South Korean government have yet to release any details of the operation.
