Brazil's Suspended President Dilma Rousseff is defending herself for a final time in front Brazil's Senate.  Let's go live there for the event.

Rousseff is charged with manipulating her government's budget to hide her party's failure to jumpstart economic growth.

She is widely expected to be removed from office, effectively ending her party's government rule after more than a decade in power.

Rousseff has repeatedly denied she was involved in any wrongdoing, and has denounced efforts to impeach her as a conspiracy to overthrow her party.

But a deep recession in Brazil and a huge corruption scandal have undermined Rousseff's popularity since she was re-elected in 2014. Her vice president, Michel Temer, has been interim president since mid-May.
