On September 14, "China-Singapore Panda Affinity" series, jointly organized by the CMG iPanda Channel and Mandai Wildlife Group in Singapore, concluded successfully at River Wonders in Singapore. With its innovative interactive experiences, rich cultural content, and professional educational materials, the events attracted widespread attention and positive feedback from the local community in Singapore.

During the event, the offline exhibitions welcomed more than 24,000 visitors. The campaign received more than 1,000 submissions for the "My Panda Story" theme, both online and offline. The series of articles, short videos, and special features generated more than 70 million views across platforms, while total discussions around the campaign exceeded 100 million. More than 50 media outlets in China and overseas, including CCTV News, Singapore's Lianhe Zaobao, Channel NewsAsia (CNA), The Straits Times, 8world News, and Malaysia's The Star, also covered the event.

Giant pandas have been "special witnesses" to the friendship between China and Singapore. In September 2012, Kai Kai and Jia Jia arrived in Singapore from China to begin their stay there. In August 2021, Jia Jia gave birth to Le Le, the first giant panda born in Singapore. In January 2024, in accordance with the terms of the China-Singapore agreement on giant panda research cooperation, Le Le returned to China. Over more than a decade, this family has carried shared emotional memories for people in both countries. The "China-Singapore Panda Affinity" series coincided with Kai Kai and Jia Jia's birthday season. By telling the complete story of this "family of three," the events allowed people in Singapore to revisit this bond between pandas that has crossed mountains and seas and brought people together.

Daisy Ling (Yin Daozhou), Operations Director of Mandai Wildlife Group, commented, "This exhibition has added a major highlight for us, especially in September, when we celebrate Kai Kai and Jia Jia's birthdays. More visitors come during this period. So this exhibition allows them to learn more about pandas."

From Kai Kai and Jia Jia's arrival in Singapore, to Le Le's birth and early years here, and now to the story of this panda family of three continuing to touch hearts in both countries, giant pandas have become a special part of the friendship between China and Singapore. Across mountains and seas, these beloved pandas have brought people closer together. Their story has also helped more people learn about giant panda conservation and the cooperation between China and Singapore in protecting endangered species and sharing knowledge about wildlife.
