This is Litang

Litang is a town in Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. Sitting at altitude over 4,000 meters, it is known as "The Town of the Sky." At the town, you may meet a taxi driver who is glad to be your guide, you stop because the yaks are crossing the road. An interesting town!
